Abstract:
The article proves that the intensity of any activity is determined by social activity. To study the experience of the intensification of personality socialization in the conditions of basic higher education institutions in our experimental work, comparative analysis of the frequency distributions of the intensification index and its components (upbringing, environment and communication) has been used.
The success of any socially significant activity is determined not only by socio-typical, but also by personal properties. Therefore, they also become the object of social perception and the environment assessment. People participating in the environment evaluate the individual activity style, individual motives, the initiative and independence degree. Depending on the activity requirements, the environment evaluates not only the individual properties of the specialist, but also the features of different levels of his/her personality socialization.
Any social or professional assessment of future specialist is valuation by the environment of any manifestation, action, or property based on its positive or negative attitude to the general form. A social norm is common to the entire environment of an individual’s life. When this norm is applied by the same person in different situations or by different people in the same specific situation, a significant variety of individual assessments of compliance or violation of the social norm arises.
The result that a person achieves when performing certain social function is reflected through the prism of social needs, interests, and values learned and implemented by a certain individual in reality. The contradiction between individual and social experience that each person acquires in the process of the intensification of personality socialization is explained by such influential factors as upbringing, environment, and communication.
The criterion is an essential feature on the basis of which we distinguish the level of the intensification of personality socialization of the experimental and control groups depending on the content of organizational influences. It is grounded that it is inappropriate to single out any one side as general criterion for the intensification of personality socialization: none of the criteria taken separately is sufficient to assess the effectiveness of organizing the intensification of personality socialization. Various functions of the organization of activities require assessments that are oriented towards different groups of characteristics. The task of the researcher is to determine a set of criteria. The selected criteria must be presented in a form that corresponds to the specific intensification system and its functions.
