Abstract:
The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the current problem of optimizing the system of professional training of future specialists in the field of musical art for their effective professional self-realization in the field of socio-cultural activity.
The relevance of the study is determined by the deep socio-cultural transformations of modern Ukrainian society, the growth of the role of art in the processes of national consolidation, humanization of social relations, social integration and development of human potential. In these conditions, the paradigm of requirements for a professional musician is changing dramatically, who increasingly appears not only as a performer or teacher, but also as a multifunctional subject of the cultural process - an organizer, manager, facilitator, cultural animator, capable of operating with a wide range of socio-cultural technologies and working with various target audiences in the institutional environment of the modern socio-cultural sphere (culture and leisure centers, art hubs, public organizations, inclusive spaces, etc.).
Based on the analysis of the functional field of activity of a specialist, a key complex of integrative socio-cultural competencies necessary for successful professional activity in this field has been identified and substantiated. This complex goes beyond traditional performing and highly specialized musicological or pedagogical knowledge and skills, including communicative-discursive, organizational-managerial, psychological-pedagogical, project, intercultural, informationtechnological and reflective components.
Based on the analysis, specific ways and mechanisms for optimizing the educational process are proposed, which are based on the principles of competency-based, practice-oriented and integrative approaches. Particular attention is paid to the need for synergistic integration of fundamental theoretical knowledge with the active implementation of practice-oriented educational technologies (project learning, case studies, trainings, expansion of practice bases, volunteering) and the development of sustainable partnership relationships between educational institutions and stakeholders of the socio-cultural sector. The implementation of the proposed approaches will ensure the training of highly qualified, competitive and socially responsible specialists in musical art, ready for creative and effective socio-cultural activity.
