Abstract:
The article substantiates the psychological and pedagogical conditions of professional training of instrumentalists-performers in art educational institutions, including: creating a creative educational environment favorable for training instrumentalists-performers in art educational institutions; ensuring creative interaction between participants in the educational process on a dialogical basis; using interactive musical and pedagogical technologies and methods of training instrumentalists-performers in art educational institutions of different accreditation levels.
Therefore, in the context of the above, it is worth noting that ensuring interpersonal interaction between participants in the educational process on a dialogical basis is a way of transmitting "personal" cultural information, which is embedded in the deep content of a musical work from the composer through the performer to the listener, and thereby ensuring the involvement of the listening audience in the best examples of world musical art.
It has been proven that a significant impact on the level of training of instrumentalistsperformers is exerted by the use of a rich palette of interactive methods used at different stages of working with musical text, namely: at the stage of reading notes from a sheet, learning, working on the work itself and preparing for a concert performance.
It is right to say about the gradual application of variable forms of work in classes with students, where we offer: detailed theoretical and performance analysis of musical text, use of verbal explanation at the stage of reading notes from a sheet, methods of working with musical text (calculation of rhythmic pattern, solmization (reading the names of notes in rhythm), reproduction of musical material on the instrument; at the stage of learning, operating with the «sparring» method, creative-initiative, variable, combining the methods of the previous stage with the next.
Keywords: psychological and pedagogical conditions, instrumentalists-performers, art educational institutions.
