Abstract:
The article examines the features of the use of innovations by future bachelors in professional activities. The characteristic content of innovations is innovative activity, presented as purposeful and active actions to organize changes or solve any problem (contradiction). Thus, innovative activity is an activity associated with the transformation of knowledge, the results of scientific activity into a new, innovative (or, in extreme cases, improved) product. Innovative activity necessarily involves a complex of scientific, economic, technological, legal, organizational, financial, legal, commercial or social measures, which in their entirety lead to innovations.
Innovative activity is aimed at introducing some significant changes in practice through the implementation of new ideas and methods. Its result is an innovative product – a new material or intellectual product, which is the result of a system of activity or a specific, usually multi-stage process of implementing a new idea or method in practice.
The combination of intensive and extensive ways of developing pedagogical systems allows for the implementation of so-called «integrated innovations», which are built at the junction of diverse, multi-level pedagogical subsystems and their components. Integrated innovations, as a rule, do not look like far-fetched, purely external measures, but are conscious transformations that come from the deep needs and knowledge of the system. By reinforcing «bottlenecks» with the latest technologies, it is possible to increase the overall effectiveness of the pedagogical system.
We would like to emphasize that innovations in the training of bachelors should be aimed at professional mobility and the ability to self-development, which determines the need to use innovative teaching tools.
Keywords: features of innovations, future bachelors, professional activity, education.
