Abstract:
The article is about the study of pedagogical conditions for the effective use of psychological and pedagogical methods of socio-pedagogical work in a secondary education institution. The author considers pedagogical conditions as a set of objective opportunities and measures of sociopedagogical process, which is the result of purposeful selection, construction and use of content elements and methods of the socio-pedagogical process to achieve the chosen goals.
The following conditions of effective use of psychological and pedagogical use of sociopedagogical work are highlighted in the article: taking into account the characteristics of physical, mental and social development of a personality; support and psychological mechanisms of sociopedagogical influences; coordination of external connections of psychological and pedagogical methods of socio-pedagogical work with their internal structure.
The pedagogical condition of taking into account the peculiarities of physical, mental and social development is based on a systematic approach to the study of a person as an open, socially integrated, multi-level system.
Relying on the psychological mechanisms of socio-pedagogical influences involves understanding of psychological mechanisms of the development of the motivation and value sphere of the individual, taking into account the interpersonal and group mechanisms of personality formation and the communication style of the subjects and objects of the socio-pedagogical process.
Coordination of external relations of psychological and pedagogical work with their internal structure and clear conditions of their appearance determines the priority of the choice of methods by the social work teacher.
