Abstract:
The article attempts to substantiate the basic principles of the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of «Culture and Art». In this context, the meaning of the concepts of «competence» and «professional competence» is clarified, a system of principles is identified that are a guideline for the practical construction of the educational process and affect the content of this process, including: the principle of professional orientation of training, the principle of cultural correspondence, the principle of systematicity and consistency, the principle of integrativity, the principle of activity and consciousness.
The complexity and diversity of the tasks of professional training of competitive specialists in socio-cultural activities make the problem of forming professional competence of future specialists in the field of «Culture and Art» especially relevant in the modern theory and practice of domestic pedagogy. Professional competence of future specialists in the field of «Culture and Art» affects the development of modern society, since it is able to guarantee the optimal solution of problems of socio-cultural activities and contributes to the adaptation of young people to new social conditions.
It is proven that the professional training of specialists in socio-cultural activities in higher education institutions of the artistic direction is an urgent problem of artistic theory and practice, which is inextricably linked with increasing the level of spirituality, morality of the individual and is manifested in relationships with people, communication with them. The multifaceted process of forming professional competence of future specialists in the field of «Culture and Art» depends on many conditions. One of them is the substantiation and introduction in the process of professional training of a system of principles that are a guideline for the practical construction of the educational process and affect the content of this process.
