Abstract:
The article is devoted to a topical issue for educational institutions of artistic and cultural directions – a systematic dialectical combination of methods, forms, techniques, means, entire didactic blocks and independent disciplines into a single educational system that solves the same problems at a significantly increased level. This approach contributes to the activation of ne ed and interest, the formation of an appropriate motive as an internal causative agent of professional activity and the stimulation of elementary initial actions in the field of future professional activity.
Didactic combinatorics, emergent synthesis and the synergistic component of these psychological and pedagogical technologies make it possible to reveal and actually apply the latent possibilities of the individual, including predispositions and undeveloped abilities, to adapt the quality of psychological temperament to current conditions and to continue the formation of professionally necessary character traits. The effective structural elements of the system in this subject-subject approach are the personalities of the student and the teacher, organizationally, structurally and logically interconnected methods of teaching academic disciplines.
The conclusions and recommendations are produced by studying the experience of large groups of students and teachers and several departments of cultural, artistic, and psychological and pedagogical orientation in the period from 1987 to 2025, the previous materials of which are presented in more than 70 publications.
Emergent synthesis gave positive results in the process of finding ways to increase the effectiveness of the educational session. The combination of individual elements (methods, techniques, means, etc.) into a single system can give a significant increase in the output in the form of a need or interest in new knowledge, the formation of a motive for a type of educational activity, etc. - exactly what none of the elements was able to generate separately.
The human factor remains the leading opportunity to achieve the desired indicators in education. A synergistic approach to organizing joint work, systematic coordination of human efforts with the aim of generating new ideas, searching for non-standard solutions, brainstorming are evidence of the psychological advantages of joint intellectual work.
