Abstract:
The article emphasizes the problem of society in physical education and sports specialists, their receipt of fundamental training in higher education, acquisition of competencies in the profession, the ability to be competitive individuals.
The social need for the formation of a healthy lifestyle culture among citizens is highlighted, which requires improving the system of educational training of teachers of this specialty, ensuring their formation and development. The psychological and pedagogical, special and methodological literature is analyzed to outline the concept of «pedagogical conditions», which mean the selection by a teacher of a higher education institution of special and effective means, methods and forms of training for the successful implementation of the educational and substantive tasks planned by him.
Four pedagogical conditions are highlighted for the formation of the readiness of physical education and sports teachers for future activity: designing an educational environment to provide broad opportunities for the development of social activity of each future physical education and sports teacher; introduction of active forms and methods of learning aimed at deepening and systematizing knowledge in this field; orientation of the educational process towards the formation of general and professional competencies within the framework of the introduction of an interdisciplinary approach during the professional training of future teachers of physical education and sports; development of organizational and communicative skills and abilities during training in future teachers of physical education and sports.
The content of each pedagogical condition is characterized and the ways of forming the readiness of future specialists of physical education and sports for professional activity are revealed.
It is concluded that the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions is determined by a set of implemented and effective interdependent factors that are always realized by all participants in the educational process and are realized in the system of professional training.
