Abstract:
Formation of the communicative culture of a higher education instructor is an important aspect of the success of educational process organization in higher education institutions. A higher education instructor constantly takes part in the process of communication, which involves diverse and multifaceted relations with students and colleagues. There is a real need of modern society for specialists capable of constant development of their personal qualities, spirituality and professionalism. Therefore, a higher education instructor should have a high communicative culture, which implies the presence of communicative knowledge, abilities and skills that are components of professional competence.
We understand the communicative culture of a higher education instructor as a holistic integral dynamic formation of a personality, which includes a set of knowledge about the mechanisms of communicative interaction, communicative and speaking skills, personal communicative qualities, acquired practical experience of communicative activity, which allows creating a productive communicative and educational space, a favorable psychological climate, mutual activity in information exchange, openness and congruence, readiness for pedagogical interpersonal partnership interaction, the main principles of which are tolerance, mutual respect, support, empathy.
Today, institutions of higher education are a special communication space in which communicative culture, partner interaction and perception in the process of information exchange play an important role in the comprehensive and harmonious development of a higher education instructor. Therefore, it is necessary to reorganize the training system of professionally competent, communicative and cultural higher education instructors, who are able to achieve the expected pedagogical results by means of productive communicative interaction.
