Abstract:
The article deals with the important issue of increasing the effectiveness of teachers of children's art schools. Given the task of humanizing art education, humanizing teacher-student relationships in primary art education institutions, it is suggested to pay attention to strengthening the motivational component of learning to play the cymbals.
Unfortunately, in the conditions of martial law, the problem of involving children of primary school age in learning to play the dulcimer becomes especially urgent. Based on the analysis of educational programs for the cymbal class, the study of scientific and methodical literature, it was found that the modern system of primary extracurricular education is based on a cognitive-activity approach.
Therefore, in the educational programs, attention is focused on the musical and theoretical knowledge and professional skills of the students, the tasks of forming a valuable attitude and finding personal meaning in the knowledge of musical works are excluded. The article, based on the achievements of modern age and pedagogical psychology, presents a list of personal and subject properties of younger schoolchildren, the development of which ensures the formation of positive motivation of art school students.
Special attention is paid to the adaptation of younger schoolchildren to learning at the initial stage, flexible and comfortable introduction of children into the educational process. Artistic events that would develop interest in the school of arts as a hospitable artistic center (concerts, meetings, conversations, creative tasks) are considered effective. In the future, it is worth stimulating the cognitive activity of students, involving them in studying, reflecting and recognizing the significance of the creative achievements of outstanding representatives of cymbal performance.
Stimulating the positive motivation of younger schoolchildren and forming their cognitive motives will be facilitated by the introduction of problem-searching tasks and tasks into the educational process. Individually oriented learning to play the dulcimer requires the creation of conditions to reveal the independence of students of younger grades, the development of their musical thinking, the ability to actively participate in solo, ensemble and collective performance. A model of the formation of positive motivation of younger schoolchildren is presented, which consists of adaptive-stimulatory, cognitive-valuable, hedonistic-motivational components.
Keywords: formation of positive motivation for learning, students of lower grades, art school, structural model, adaptive-stimulating, cognitive-valuable, hedonistic-motivational components.
