Abstract:
The article highlights ways of forming the readiness of future specialists to manage the educational activities of education seekers. A specific feature of management activity is that it is aimed at ensuring the systemic and holistic nature of the functioning of both the pedagogical system and the management system. In order to ensure the integrity of the structural components of the management subsystem, it is necessary to ensure the systemic nature of the content of management activities.
The functioning and development of an educational institution depends on a set of external and internal factors of direct and indirect influence on the institution. The creation of a certain motivational environment, within which future specialists will have the opportunity to realize the practical value of theoretical knowledge and practical skills regarding the application of management technologies in their further pedagogical activities, is necessary for the formation of the readiness of future specialists to manage the educational activities of students.
The use of interactive learning methods creates favorable conditions for performing a significant amount of work within a limited study time, achieving high efficiency in learning knowledge and forming skills, creating appropriate learning motives, developing planning skills, reflection and selfcontrol.
The main principles of management in education are revealed: social determination, humanization and psychologization, scientificity and competence, information sufficiency, analytical forecasting, operational regulation, feedback, continuity and perspective, democracy and centralism, stimulation and attention to personnel, legal priority and legality , financial and economic rationality and initiative.
