Abstract:
The article examines the historical and educational context of implementing Ukrainian-Romanian ties of the Communal Institution of Higher Education «Academy of Culture and Arts» of the Transcarpathian Regional Council in the context of internationalization. It is proven that internationalization is a key priority of higher art education and an important component of improving its quality.
The modern forms of internationalization of the Academy's activity is characterized and the trends of further development of Ukrainian-Romanian relations are outlined: individual mobility of students and teachers for educational purposes, institutional partnership, integration into educational programs of an international dimension, formation of new international standards of educational programs.
Prospective forms of internationalization of the Academy's activity are characterized, which determine the direction of further development of Ukrainian-Romanian relations.
Taking into account the experience of institutions of higher art education allows us to streamline the strategic goals and objectives of international integration while preserving our own educational traditions and national authenticity. The balance of these trends contains the leading content of the internationalization process. As a result, it was determined that the internationalization of higher art education is a significant factor in improving its quality.
Joint future international projects with the cultural centers of Satu Mare and Maramures counties will be aimed at strengthening the material and technical base of the Academy, continuing and deepening the activities of public and professional art associations of Ukraine and Romania in order to identify and support talents, develop stage, choreographic, vocal and artistic creativity, which will allow in the future to resolve such issues as guaranteeing the quality of artistic education, expanding the minimum standard requirements, defining modern criteria for professionalism, and successfully conducting the appeal.
