CRITERIA AND INDICATORS FOR THE FORMATION OF CORPORATE CULTURE OF FUTURE HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract:
The article proves that the following criteria are important in the formation of the corporate culture of future higher school teachers: motivational-value, cognitive-cognitive, activity. Indicators were developed according to the criteria. According to the results of the analysis of the conceptual apparatus, the essence of the key concepts that integrate into the system of scientific research, namely: «corporate culture», «criteria» and «indicators», has been clarified.
At the same time, it should be recognized that, resorting to their definition, we established that the formation of the corporate culture of future teachers of a higher school is a complex of interrelated and mutually conditioned internal and external factors that ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate activities in which modern technologies are implemented, which, in turn, it makes it possible to effectively organize teamwork and form a high-level corporate culture of future teachers of a higher school.
The formation of the corporate culture of future teachers of a higher school is conditioned by a positive attitude towards the future professional activity within the higher educational institution, the presence of stable motives in increasing competence in the formation of a corporate culture, a constant desire for self-improvement and self-development in the interests of teamwork, the presence of a desire to achieve certain results and punishments rapid growth.
The proposed criteria and indicators for the formation of the corporate culture of future teachers of higher education testify to the desire to share new knowledge and skills with their colleagues, readiness for cooperation and mutual assistance, the ability to realistically assess the situation, adapt to new conditions of teamwork. Future teachers of a higher school with a sufficient level of formation of corporate culture are ready to demonstrate high efficiency, initiative and confidence in achieving the goal.
