Abstract:
The article reveals the problem of the formation of managerial competence of future teachers in the aspect of performing managerial functions in the educational process. The managerial competence of the future teacher for his performance of managerial functions is considered according to different views of representatives of systemic, activity-based, person-oriented, competence-based and axiological approaches.
It is revealed that, based on a systemic approach, the managerial competence of the future teacher for his performance of managerial functions is an element, a component of the system of his professional competence. It was established that under the activity approach, managerial competence is considered as an event or phenomenon based on the (managerial) activity of its subjects, included in the system of social relations, and a person as a subject and object of activity.
Within the scope of the activity approach, managerial competence is defined as theoretical (knowledge only at the level of application) and practical (skills as performance of functions, duties) readiness for managerial activity. Within the framework of a person-oriented approach, managerial competence is presented in the form of a separate model of the teacher's personal characteristics as a manager. Management competence under the competence approach is defined as an integral characteristic of the personality, which determines the readiness of the teacher to solve management problems and tasks using knowledge in the practice of professional management activity; skills, experience taking into account professional and personal qualities. It is revealed that from the point of view of the axiological approach, managerial activity is understood as a parity interaction of subjects of the educational process, which is based on subject-subject interaction, and the formation of managerial competence is possible as the formation of a teacher's managerial position.
It has been proven that: the managerial competence of a teacher is an integral characteristic of a person, which determines his readiness to solve managerial problems and tasks using knowledge, skills, and experience in the practice of professional managerial activity.
