Abstract:
The article provides a detailed examination of the critical aspects involved in developing leadership competencies among future preschool education teachers, as these competencies are vital for their professional success. We define leadership competencies as those that facilitate effective management of the educational process. When teachers acquire these competencies, they enhance their interactions with children, parents, and colleagues, while also fostering essential communication skills in preschoolers. Collectively, these factors contribute to the establishment of a positive educational environment within preschool education institutions.
The article emphasizes the importance of fostering innovative thinking among teachers, as modern education requires flexibility and adaptability to the rapidly changing conditions within educational institutions. It is established that the leadership competencies acquired by future preschool education specialists at HEI include the ability to make well-informed and balanced decisions, which are essential for effectively addressing educational challenges.
The article argues that the development of preschool specialists will occur through the effective implementation of innovative and impactful teaching methods in higher education institutions, which significantly contribute to the cultivation of leadership competencies. These methods include roleplaying, which allows students to practice their skills in a safe environment; the simulation of practiceoriented situations, enabling the exploration of real scenarios; targeted training that focuses on the development of specific skills; the case method, which enhances students' analytical thinking; and a method that integrates the use of digital platforms and information and communication technologies, which are particularly popular among young people and crucial in the educational process.
The article emphasizes the importance of an interactive learning environment and the utilization of digital tools that enhance student motivation, promote active participation in the learning process, and contribute to high-quality education. The integration of pedagogical technologies in education creates new opportunities for future preschool specialists, enabling them to effectively adapt to the needs of their preschoolers in the future. The article emphasizes the necessity of adopting a comprehensive approach to training future teachers that integrates traditional methods and teaching tools with modern innovative practices. This combination enhances the quality of professional education and equips teachers to meet the demands of today's realities.
The conclusions offer recommendations for further research in this field and highlight the significance of adopting an interdisciplinary approach in the education of future educators. Such an approach fosters a comprehensive understanding of the profession and encourages teachers to develop more effective training programs for students in institutions of higher education.
