PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF CHOREOGRAPHY

Abstract:
The article examines the problem of the formation of the pedagogical skill of future choreography teachers and allowed to establish the relationship between the preparation process and the state of readiness for activity. Based on this, the content of the definitions «pedagogical conditions» and «pedagogical skill» has been clarified. «Pedagogical conditions» is defined by us as a system of certain forms, methods, material conditions, real situations, as circumstances that contribute to the creation of an atmosphere of fruitful cooperation between a teacher and a student, that provoke a set of internal parameters and external characteristics that determine the results of upbringing, education and development individuals, ensure high effectiveness of the educational process and correspond to the realization of the set goal.
«Pedagogical skill» is concentrated in the personality of the teacher, in his position, the ability to show creative initiative based on the implementation of his own value system. This is a manifestation of the highest form of activity of the teacher's personality in professional activity, activity that is based on humanism and is revealed in the appropriate use of methods and means of pedagogical interaction in each specific situation of learning and education.
The study of scientific literature made it possible to identify pedagogical conditions, the observance of which, in our opinion, will contribute to the most effective formation of the pedagogical skill of future choreography teachers. Among the main pedagogical conditions, it is appropriate to highlight the following: the motivated use of modern interactive technologies in the production of choreographic compositions with the aim of forming the pedagogical skills of future choreography teachers; formation of artistic abilities and skills in future teachers of choreography, as the main component of the pedagogical mastery of a future choreographer.
