Abstract:
In the article we tried to substantiate the essence of management as a tool for managing innovative activities, and for this purpose the essence of the main categories of the study was clarified, namely: «management», «management», «innovative activity». With this approach, «management» is interpreted by us as the ability to set and achieve a goal, using one's internal potential and the potential of like-minded people, one's own experience and experience of teamwork.
It is quite reasonable to believe that one of the main tasks of management is to create an organizational culture, a creative innovative microclimate that would stimulate employees to further creative activity. The generalization of the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovative activity in the field of corporate practice made it possible to highlight certain trends. In addition, the following components of management were identified: educational, motivational, cognitive, activity, creative, informational, integrative.
Innovation activity should also be considered as an object of innovation management, the success of which determines the final result. The result of innovation management is innovations, which, in turn, contribute to improving the company's production potential and increasing its productivity.
The formation of communication processes, as well as the selection of means and channels of communication, are carried out in the company after designing its organizational structure in accordance with the chosen field of activity, the adopted production program and the management structure. Communication decisions containing the rules of communication procedures should be established for each hierarchical level of management and communicated to a specific official.
