Use the IDBac File Upload portal to convert raw Bruker data to .mzML file format , merge your replicates into a single file, and name files by isolate IDs.
*If you have multiple MALDI plates: Follow the steps in the video for each MALDI plate you have (i.e. each file preparation run should represent 1 plate + 1 plate map).
