Academische informatie

• Academische kalender:

  • Oriëntatiedagen: 5 dagen week voor start van academiejaar 

  • Les- en examenperiode: eind augustus - eind december 

Voor deze bestemming vertrek je midden augustus naar het buitenland.

• Cursusaanbod voor exchange studenten 

  • Kim Young-Gil GRACE School is onderdeel van HGU en toegewijd aan SDG program education.
    Exchange studenten kunnen hier vakken opnemen indien het past is het schema.  De lessen gaan door in de HGU campus (15 minuten wandelen).

• Taalvereisten: B2 Engels (CEFR level)

• Estimated cost of living

  • Accommodation = 725,000 KRW (about $700) / semester 

  • Orientation fee= 240,000 KRW ($200) 

  • Health Insurance fee= 100,000 KRW ($100) 

  • Transportation fee from Seoul(Airport) to HGU = 30,000~80,000 KRW ($30~80) 

  • Textbook= 30,000~50,000KRW ($300) 

  • Meals in school cafeteria: 3,000~5,000 KRW ($3~5) / meal 

  • Cost of living: 300,000~ KRW ($250~) / month 

• VISA: Students entering Korea to study need to obtain a Student Visa (D-2) from a Korean embassy/consulate in their country. Visa packet and information from HGU will be sent to student’s home institutions after the student is accepted.
