The Spring 2022 Finite Element Circus!

The Spring 2022 Finite Element Circus will take place at the University of Florida, April 8-9, 2022

The format will be hybrid. Participants may attend either in person or virtually by Zoom.

Here is a link to the main Finite Element Circus webpage. It contains information on the history and format of the circus. In particular: Speakers at Circus meetings are volunteers from the audience (recorded at the start of the meeting). The length of talks is set depending on the number of volunteers, so speakers have to prepare a talk that can be trimmed to various lengths (10-15 minutes is typical). The order is assigned randomly at the start of the meeting, so speakers must be present for the entire meeting and cannot request a specific time to talk. Potential participants are strongly encouraged to attend at least one meeting before volunteering to speak.

Registration: Now closed. (Registration open through March 4.)

Meeting Place and Schedule (Updated 04/08!):
