OVERVIEW
Sam was raised in the Florida panhandle and happy to call Gainesville his home for now. When he isn't sitting at his desk writing code and pulling out his hair, he likes to spend his time outside, with friends, or watching reality TV. If you ever spot a man doing choreography on his bike, that's probably Sam. Catch him at the pool, eating Krishna lunch, or practicing his handstands at Depot Park.
Education
BS, Physics, University of Florida, 2022
BA, Mathematics, University of Florida, 2022
Research Interests
I work with computational condensed matter. My interests there are in materials simulation and machine-learned interatomic potentials. I have other interest in studying spin-crossover complexes as possible candidates for new spin-based qubits.
