Feeling like I BELONG: a 4-H club essential element

A recent research study of Florida 4-H youth and parents revealed the number one reason kids dropped out of 4-H was they felt like the didn't belong (Hensley, 2021). This issue is something we can easily address in our 4-H clubs. These three training videos will help you promote belonging and connection in your club and create safe and inclusive environments for youth. Each video is ~15 minutes.
