Our keynote speaker will be Patrick Guzzle from the National Restaurant Association. Patrick is the VP of Food Science for the NRA. With over 20 years of experience in retail food safety, his career began as an EHS after his wife contracted E. coli O157:H7.
This conference is for academia, farmers, industry, manufacturers, producers, public health, regulators, retailers, and anyone else who is interested in food safety. The conference is in-person only. You do not need to be from Utah to attend.
