Kindly read the procedures before requesting Academic Counseling: “See the Dean” or “See the Guidance Counselor”. (NO NEED TO REQUEST THROUGH YOUR STUDENT PORTAL)

We will be attending/responding to email requests during office hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm) starting January 3, 2025. Please avoid sending multiple email requests.

Academic Counseling Guidelines for 2nd semester SY 2024-2025 Enrollment

Enrollment of upperclassmen starts on January 3, 2025

(FOR UE MANILA STUDENTS)

Step 1. Go to the UE website home page and click on the Enroll Online button (https://www.ue.edu.ph/iEnroll/login.html).

Step 2. Log in to UE’s Registration System. If you cannot sign in due to a pop-up-message tag such as “See the Dean” or “See the Guidance Counselor,” you may choose from the 2 options:

a. Onsite Academic Counseling

2.a.1. Visit the GCCSO Monday to Friday 8:30 am-11:00 am only, starting January 3, 2025.

2.a.2. Bring a printed copy of your grades from the last two semesters attended.

2.a.3. For CDENT students:

For the "See the Guidance" warning visit the GCCSO for academic counseling

For "See the Dean" proceed to the CDENT Deans Office for the instructions

Please note that there will be no online transactions for CDENT students

2.a.4. For CAS, CBA, and CEng’g students with a “See the Dean” notice, please inform a parent or guardian that a UE Guidance Counselor will also talk to them during the academic counseling session.

b. Online Academic Counseling (1:30 pm-4:30pm only as scheduled by the counselor)

2.b.1. Please email guidance@ue.edu.ph starting January 3, 2025, using your UE email address and with the following format:

- Email subject: your College and the issue (ex. CAS Mla - See the Guidance Counselor).

- Email message:

After a greeting, please indicate your full name, UE student number, incoming year level, degree program, subjects failed or dropped within the last two semesters, and reason/s for LFR, failing or dropping. Attach a clear screenshot of your grades from the last two semesters attended.

2.b.2. Your online academic counseling will then be scheduled. For this, a UE Guidance Counselor

will send to your UE email address your Google Meet schedule, ID, and password.

(Please download Google Meet to your device before the scheduled online academic counseling.)

- For CCSS, CEduc students with a “See the Dean” notice and other enrollment concerns:

A UE Guidance Counselor will send to your email address the contact details of the Dean of your College, to whom you should write and who will advise you on the next step. Please follow the aforesaid 2a and 2b instructions in writing your email.

- For CAS, CBA, and CEng’g students with a “See the Dean” notice, please inform a parent or guardian that a UE Guidance Counselor will also talk to them during the scheduled Google Meet session.

2.b.3. Reply to the email to confirm your availability for your specific online academic counseling schedule.

2.b.4. After the online academic counseling, your Guidance Counselor will forward the results to your Dean. Your Dean’s Office will process the removal of your “See the Guidance Counselor”/ “See the Dean” message. Check your Online Enrollment Portal within two working days. See less
