Attention: Summer 2024 Graduating students and OJT students

Your Guidance Counselors will start accepting requests for Virtual Exit Interviews for Summer Graduating students on July 8, 2024.

Please answer the Exit Interview Form and upload a screenshot proof that you are done with the Career Program and in creating your PhilJobNet account.

Rename the files using this format:

College_yourname_activity

(e.g. CAS_Enverzo,Ann).

Note:

1. Use your UE account when filling in the form.

2. Ensure you have completely and accurately answered the Exit interview form.

3. Visit the GCCSO for the signing of your OJT Form VII

FOR SUMMER GRADUATING STUDENTS

4. Students who (in the previous semesters) have accomplished the career activities should show the signed OJT Form VII as proof of completion.

5. No request for an earlier schedule. The schedule will be set by your guidance counselors on a "1st come, 1st served" basis.

FOR NON-GRADUATING STUDENTS

6 . Answer the exit interview form then visit your guidance counselor for the signing of your OJT Form VII. Please make sure you have completely and accurately answered the Exit interview form before visiting the GCCSO.
