September 22, 2023 |  "Self-Discovery and Goal Exploration Workshop" for the UE College Student-Athletes

The Guidance, Counseling and Career Services Office, in cooperation with the PE Department, will hold a "Self-Discovery and Goal Exploration Workshop" for the UE College Student-Athletes on September 22, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom.

Joining this year are our successful student-athletes who are elites in their field.

Our Fencing UAAP Champion and MVP, Ms. Samantha Catantan, will guide our student-athletes to Cultivate Self-awareness and a Champion Mindset.

Assisting our student-athletes in Goal Exploration and Creating SMART Goals is our CBA Cum Laude and UAAP Champion, Ms. Leah Jane Lopez.
