Attention: 1st semester Graduating students and OJT students

The GCCSO Exit Interview is scheduled on November 28-December 4, 2023.

Please answer the Exit Interview Form and upload your OJT Form VII (convert to PDF file and rename to this format College_Name) for signing. Graduating students are also required to answer and upload a screenshot of proof that you have finished answering the Students Services Evaluation found in your Student Portal and the Career Development Program (Wadhwani Global Program or the Self Paced Google Classroom program https://www.facebook.com/uemanilagccso/posts/pfbid02PnojbjQ5EruXNaE7yVT371ypL1NthyQSrCR2nsmwS2ZhBc5o8GQTHAZznDy82DMJl)

Rename the files using this format: College_yourname_activity (e.g. CAS_Enverzo,Ann).

Note:

1. Make sure to use your UE account when filling in the form.

2. Make sure to attach the correct form so that you will not request to sign again your OJT Form VII.

3. Make sure to convert to PDF format before uploading

4. Students who (in the previous semesters) have accomplished the career activities should upload the signed OJT Form VII as proof instead.
