Project Problem/Question/Issue:

• What are the policy barriers to increasing bicycle, particularly electric bike, access? And what incentives programs could a state government implement that would increase use of e-bikes? How have other places (cities, states, countries, etc.) approached improving infrastructure to accommodate e-bikes? What incentives would the team recommend the state implement to increase e-bike adoption in the state? What other policy requirements can municipalities implement that make e-bike adoption more accessible?
