• Improved understanding of Elementary & Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Title I parent engagement policies and requirements, to develop a better framework with which to hold local schools/districts accountable for effective implementation.

Requested Deliverables:

• A guide regarding Title I parent involvement requirements, particularly as updated in its new authorization (ESSA) and strategy for reviewing/improving implementation via PACE.
