Accommodation. We have reserved a block of 15 double rooms at the Embassy Suites Hotel (654 S College Avenue, Newark DE 19713) for $134 + 8% occupancy tax, with breakfast included. At the time of making your reservation, use the code FEC. The reservations at this price are available until 10/12. The above link takes you to the reservations page. The hotel offers a shuttle service to campus if needed. Otherwise, it is a 5 minute drive from the hotel to UD parking. UPDATE. The block of rooms at the Embassy Suites seems to have filled quickly and they are fully booked. Here are some suggestions. The first three are walking distance to the conference venues, while the fourth one is right by the Embassy Suites.
