Stuart Complex is located on the southeast tip of campus in proximity to Stuart Intramural Fields and the city of Dayton's 300+ miles of biking trails. Housing about 600 first-year students, Stuart Complex’s main lobby includes multiple sitting and study lounges, a chapel, a convenience store, and a laundry service. Offering an inclusive yet challenging learning and living environment, Stuart Complex is a great place for incoming flyers to thrive in their academic journey.

Wired internet connections (ethernet) are not activated in all residential spaces.
Students may access Founders doors using their Flyer ID card. Do not lend your card to other people.
External building doors lock every night at 10:00 PM, and students must use the main lobby doors via the main entrance. Students are not permitted to open side doors for individuals after this time and may be in violation of the Code of Conduct.
Restrooms require card access, and the propping of doors is not permitted.
Community quiet hours are as follows:
Weekdays: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Weekends: 12:00 PM - 6:00 AM
We ask that you respect these periods of time to foster a safe and productive community.
Trash rooms are located in the center of each floor. Please make sure you are placing only bagged trash and recycling in these receptacles.
Large boxes must be placed in the dumpsters on the south side of the building.
When ordering from food delivery services (Doordash, UberEats, etc.), students should plan to meet their drivers outside of the secured building areas. Food deliveries are not to be left at the front desk.
All student beds are sized "Twin-XL". Beds in Stuart are in the lofted position upon arrival. Students may request a ladder by submitted a residential work order (see above). Students are permitted to un-loft their bed at any time, but all furniture must be returned to its original position at the time of move out.
NOTE: The bunking of beds in Stuart is not permitted. The frames provided are not rated to support two beds and may present danger to residents.
Furniture may not be removed from student rooms.
Lounge furniture may not be removed from the designated lounge areas.
