All residential areas at the University of Dayton are overseen by a full-time professional staff member responsible for overseeing the building.

Joseph Myers (he/him/his) serves as the Founders Hall Area Coordinator. Joseph is a two-time UD alumus, most recently graduating with his Masters in Public Administration in 2020.

Resident Assistants are live-in undergraduate student staff members responsible for supporting students and implementing programming as well as the residential currciulum.

In Founders there are two RAs per each floor of the building, with one on both the north and south sides of the floor. Feel free to swing by and introduce yourself to your RA!
