Completed in 2012, Caldwell Apartments consist of five individual apartmentBuilt in 2012, Caldwell Apartments is a residential apartment complex with a community of 400 students. Caldwell Apartments is co-ed by apartment. All apartments are four-person suite style with several handicapped accessible units in each building.buildings bound by Brown St. and Frericks Way.

Wifi and Internet

Wifi

To learn about the University of Dayton wifi network, please visit here.

To register online devices (TVs, streaming devices, and gaming devices), please visit here. You must register these devices in order for them to work properly with the network.

Wired Internet

Wired internet connections (ethernet) are not activated in all residential spaces.

Building Access

Students may access building doors using their Flyer ID card. Do not lend your card to other people.

Quiet Hours

Community quiet hours are as follows:

Weekdays: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Weekends: 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM

We ask that you respect these periods of time to foster a safe and productive community.

Trash Disposal

Please place trash in shared trash rooms located on each floor.

Building dumpsters are located off Stonemill Rd. Do not leave trash in common areas.

Food Delivery

When ordering from food delivery services (Doordash, UberEats, etc.), students should plan to meet their drivers outside of the secured building areas.

Room Furniture

Beds

All student beds are sized "Twin-XL".

Other Furniture

Furniture may not be removed from apartment rooms.

Lounge furniture may not be removed from the designated lounge areas.
