Thursday Ocean Data Group

What is the purpose of the ocean data group?

The Thursday Ocean Data Group is a self organized association of data managers from various DACS and institutions related to ocean data. The group's goals are to adopt FAIR principles and bring to light real world solutions to shared problems through experiences and common ground. The group recognizes cross discipline commonalities in data management, and stresses the importance of referring to standards organizations whenever possible.
