Interview with Dr. Takanishi,

Dr. Ruby Takanishi’s work spearheaded the transformative PreK-3rd Grade approach, resulting in significant improvements in early education for diverse populations. Dr. Takanishi is also the chair of the 2017 National Academy of Sciences report on Fostering Success for English Learners, which links the importance of transforming early education in supporting optimal outcomes for English learners.
