Important! Becoming a C4C workshop host with CSAC and registering your workshop in the WMS system is very important. HOWEVER, registering your workshop with CSAC is separate from registering your workshop with Cal-SOAP.
San Jose Cal-SOAP will typically send out a "workshop date request" Google form several months before the C4C campaign season to gauge when hosts want to hold workshops, and establish a draft schedule that accommodates the greatest number of events with the least amount of "doubling-up" on the same dates.
If you have not informed Cal-SOAP that you are hosting a workshop, or you have not completed the workshop date request form, then you should proceed under the assumption that Cal-SOAP is not aware. Please inform Cal-SOAP about your plans to host a workshop as soon as you have decided at calsoap@ucsc.edu. Thank you!

The RACE TO SUBMIT is a Statewide Campaign that aims to increase the number of financial aid applications for California high school seniors who complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and California Dream Act Application (CADAA).
Filling out these financial aid applications is the first step towards college success and helps students qualify for federal and state aid to help pay for college.

Please NOTE:
Third Party Sites
CSAC does not endorse any third party site that requires students to pay to fill out the FAFSA or CADAA. With regards to other third party sites, unless specified, please assume that CSAC does not endorse the site.
Requesting Survey Data
CSAC will send out an end of year report combining all of the data acquired from workshops. In the past, CSAC has not given out each individual workshop’s survey results. Therefore, this will not be something CSAC automatically gives out. However, if requested, survey data it will be granted. Please understand, though, that these requests will be on the lower end of priorities.
