Mission Statement/Purpose

The mission of the Anesthesiology Student Interest Group (ASIG) is to introduce medical students to the field of anesthesiology early in their education and increase exposure to the field through the educational lectures, technical workshops, research opportunities, and mentorship opportunities. Our goal is to support students in understanding the training and practice, career paths, and lifestyles of practicing anesthesiologists.
