COVID-19 Dashboard
This Dashboard will be updated twice a week, typically on Tuesday and Thursdays when classes are in session.
The purpose of this data is to provide District families and staff with a transparent summary of COVID-19-related positive cases and exposures. This data is updated regularly based on information shared with the District from students, their families, staff, Washington University physicians, and/or regional health data. The data reflects reported cases of staff and students.
Definition
Positive Case: A student or staff member has been tested and received a report confirming that they have COVID-19. These individuals will be isolated for a minimum of three days.

The COVID-19 District tracker is updated regularly when school buildings are open for instruction. Last update: May 9, 2023.

All staff and parents are asked to assess their child's health and the health of any household members every morning before students come to school. Families will receive a daily morning email reminder with a list of COVID-19 symptoms. Do not send your child to school if your child has symptoms or anyone in your household has COVID-19 or is presumed to have COVID-19. Please also inform your child's school nurse.

What happens when a staff member or student tests positive for COVID-19?
In the event a U. City student or staff member tests positive for COVID-19, specific school and administrative staff with training in contact tracing will work with school administration and physicians with Washington University to provide communication and guidance to students, parents and staff letting them know what steps they may need to take and the potential need to isolate, quarantine, etc.
Free COVID-19 testing available to District staff and families
The School District of University City in partnership with Washington University is offering free and easily accessible COVID-19 saliva testing to staff, students or affiliated household members who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Call 314-454-4269 to make an appointment.
