Connecting with Canvas

Canvas is the District’s new learning management system. Canvas enables you to:

• Check in on your student’s assignments 

• Track course progress and course grades

• Get class updates

Parents may still track grades and attendance through the Parent Portal.

Getting Started

This is a one-time set-up to “pair” with your student account(s). When you login, you will be an observer, meaning you can check in on your students progress and view assignments, but not edit or interact. Please follow the instructions below. Pro Tip: Before you get started, look up and write down each of your children's state ID numbers by logging into the Parent Portal. You can find it under "student info."
