Welcome!
This is my website for the Humanities Core course, where I'm chronicling my takes on the various works we explore throughout this year. For the most part, I try to make each page distinctive, so this site is like an album of individual pieces. However, I'd say what unifies everything here is how it's all an expression of my personal creativity. Like paints on a canvas, each element is unique but they're all part of the bigger whole of my year in this course. As a STEM major, my days are otherwise filled with facts, figures, and equations, so this is the place where I'm funneling all of my concentrated creative energy into something that is hopefully fun to explore and engaging to consume. I've named my site after the "lightbulb moment" — that instant of realization where everything clicks perfectly into place. It's a common experience across nearly all disciplines and one I've had many, many times as I moved through this year and this course.
