About me

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Davis. My research agenda focuses on consumer demand and industrial organization, with emphasis on innovation, market structure, and policy interventions. I also work at the intersection of environmental and health economics, studying how climate change shapes dietary choices.
