UC 4-H is not requiring proof of vaccination for the events we host, manage and control.
4-H Camp participants (including campers, teen staff, adult chaperones, and 4-H staff) will need to be free of illness when arriving at camp. To help ensure your camper will be able to attend camp, a best practice the two-weeks prior to camp would be to self-monitor including:
1. Monitoring your temperature.
2. Self screening for the presence of Cold, Flu or COVID-like symptoms.
3. Determining if you have been in close contact with a person who has been sick.
Persons that are sick, will not be allowed to attend 4-H camp. Refunds will not be issued if your camper is sick and cannot attend. We can transfer the paid camper registration fee to your camper for the following year.
