• Registration Fees: 

- 150 Euros or the equivalent in Tunisian Dinars

- It includes Conference material, Coffee breaks, and a Social program.

- On January 4, the registration and check-in start at 15:00

•  Accommodation Fees: 

   - 250 Euros or the equivalent in Tunisian Dinars (single room).

  - 200 Euros or the equivalent in Tunisian Dinars (double room).

  - These fees cover four nights with the “Soft All Inclusive” option.

  - A supplement of 30% applies for participants requesting a single room.

  - If you plan to stay extra days before or after the conference period, please inform the local organizers as soon as your flight tickets are confirmed.

Accompanying persons: 

       -200 Euros or the equivalent of Tunisian Dinars/person

  -These fees cover the whole period of the conference in the hotel with the option "Soft All Inclusive" plus the social program

For local students and and Young Researchers : 

 - 900 (700+200) Tunisian Dinars  (double room).

 -These fees cover registration + accommodation

Day Package: 

     - 360 Tunisian Dinars

     - It is without accommodation, that is, these fees cover the registration fees + the coffee breaks + the lunches + the social program

-A free Internet WIFI connection will be provided to the conference participants

Way to the Hotel: 

• The hotel is located approximately 30 km from Djerba–Zarzis International Airport (DJE), and we strongly recommend that participants use this airport whenever possible. The journey takes about 30–40 minutes by car.

• If you prefer to take a taxi, we can arrange a private transfer for you. Alternatively, if possible, a member of our team may pick you up from Djerba–Zarzis Airport and drive you to the hotel.

• Please make sure to send us your exact arrival time and flight details as soon as possible to allow us to organize the transfers efficiently.

• We can also arrange a shared taxi service between Djerba–Zarzis Airport and the conference venue (round trip). The cost of a single trip will be communicated in advance and can be shared among passengers.

• We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival details in advance so that we can properly coordinate transportation.
