ಕೃಷಿ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಬಾನುಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ

  ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ, ಧಾರವಾಡದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮೊಟ್ಟಮೊದಲ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಮುದಾಯ ರೇಡಿಯೊ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು 90.4 MHz ತರಾಂಗಂತರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮೇ 17, 2007 ರಂದು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ರೈತ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಇದರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು 15-20 ಕಿಮೀ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ 41 ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಸಾರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತರಿಸಲು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ (ಏಅಖSಖಚಿಜio) ಜೂನ್, 2022 ರಲ್ಲಿ  ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕೃಷಿ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಬಾನುಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವು 16 ವಸಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿ, 17 ನೇ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆಕಾಲಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ಇದು 6 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕೃಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೃಷಿಯೇತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 6 ರಿಂದ 9 ರವರೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮರುಪ್ರಸಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಜೆ 6 ರಿಂದ 9 ರವರೆಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ, ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಪಶುಸಂಗೋಪನೆ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ಗ್ರಾಮದರ್ಶನ, ವಿಶೇಷ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅನೇಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೃಷಿ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಬಾನುಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರವು ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

2016ರಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪಡೆದ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಗ್ಗಳಿಕೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರವಾಗಿರುವ “ವಾರದ ಬಸಣ”್ಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳ ಪಾಲನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಣೆಹಾಗೂ ಪಶು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಈ ಜನಪ್ರೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮುದಾಯದಿಂದ ಉತ್ತಮ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯದ ಕತೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಷ್ಯಾದ ಕಾಮನ್ ವೆಲ್ತ್ ಎಜುಕೇಶನಲ್ ಮಿಡಿಯಾ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿ.ಇ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ.ಎ., ಹೊಸ ದೆಹಲಿಯಿಂದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಮನ್ನಣೆ ಪತ್ರದೊರಕಿದೆ.

ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವು ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದರ ಕುರಿತ “ಕೃಷಿ ಕುಟುಂಬ” ಎಂಬ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ದೊರತಿರುವುದು ಶ್ಲಾಘನೀಯ. ಈ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ 2016ರಲ್ಲಿ ಏಷ್ಯಾದ ಕಾಮನ್ ವೆಲ್ತ್ ಎಜುಕೇಶನಲ್ ಮಿಡಿಯಾ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮ  ಮತ್ತು ಸಿ.ಇ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ.ಎ ಹೊಸ ದೆಹಲಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕೃಷಿ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಬಾನುಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ಧಾರವಾಡವನ್ನು ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ “ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಿ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಬಾನುಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ” ಎಂದು  ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷದ ವರೆಗೆ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ (ಫೆಬ್ರುವರಿ 2022 - ಫೆಬ್ರುವರಿ 2025).

Krishi Community Radio Station (KCRS)

    The first Community Radio Station in India under State Agricultural Universities was established at University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad campus on May 17, 2007 with Frequency of 90.4 MHz. The main theme is to empower the farming community. KCRS covers 41 villages within 15-20 kms radius. To have more coverage area, KCRS Radio mobile App was launched during June, 2022. The journey of Krishi Community Radio Station has completed 16 successful years. Daily it broadcasts agricultural programs related to agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, health programmes, programmes on special days for 6 hours,morning 6 AM to 9 AM and same is repeated on the same day evening 6 PM to 9 PM in Kannada language.

     Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA)&National Skill Development Corporation(NSDC)awarded KCRS UAS, Dharwad for the programme “Varad Basanna” for showcase the best skilling story from the community in 2016as special recognition

         CEMCA- NSDC, awarded KCRS UAS, Dharwad for the programme “Krishi Kutumba” for showcase the best skilling story from the community in 2016.

        KCRS Dharwad, UAS Dharwad has been declared as a “Lead Community Radio Station” by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India for the period of February 2022 to February 2025.
