ABSTRACT
This study is focused on the implementation of private universities to ISO. It tried to compared the student satisfaction of those private universities with ISO certification, with those that do not have. It is concluded that there is a significant difference in students’ satisfaction level between ISO schools and non-ISO schools. It is deduced that ISO schools provide significantly greater services as compared to non-ISO schools. Furthermore, it may be deduced that the services rendered by the ISO schools are dependent on ISO 9001:2008 Certification.
