When the pandemic hit, Ursuline Academy never missed a beat. From one school day to the next, our students — from highschoolers down to our toddlers — picked up online right where we left off on campus.

• Teachers activated our tried-and-true distance learning plan.

• Every girl took home a laptop or tablet.

• Google Classroom — already used by our teachers, students and parents — and Google Meet made our virtual classes seamless.

• Parents helped us find the right balance between students’ screen time and school work.

• Our girls kept the sisterhood alive by holding club meetings and maintaining traditions like reciting the Rosary together daily.
