University of Alberta Fencing Club

General Information

The U of A Fencing Club is open to beginner and experienced fencers.

This club provides an environment where members can practice and improve their skills. We are affliated with the Alberta Fencing Association (AFA) and can provide assistance to individuals who would like to register or compete as well. This club meets three times a week. Currently we only teach sabre and epee, although anyone interested in learning or as a background in foil are more than welcome to attend and utilize the practice facility. Practices will typically start with drills and end with free fencing. 

We also hold intra-club tournaments as a unique way to introduce and engage all levels of fencers! Register today to join in the competive world of fencing!
