Annual University of Alberta Applied Geotechnical Design Competition

Every year, the University of Alberta Geotechnical Centre and the Geotechnical Society of Edmonton (GSE) invite students and industry to compete in a fun Applied Geotechnical Design Exercise: the Reinforced Wall Competition. Six teams will bring the best wall design and strength prediction to the game in this event. Would it be the one with the strongest wall? Or the one with the closest prediction? Or even the one with the best presentation? Join us in this fun applied exercise!
