NM: Materials (very tentative)
Note: Chemical elements [denoted by chemical symbol] and compounds of two or more elements [also denoted by chemical symbol] can be captured by links to class M.
Materials that are produced, including those that are mined or grown, can be captured under EO9. There are, however, a handful that are distributed so widely within EO9 that it makes sense to treat them here:
b. brick
c. ceramics
g. glass
n. concrete
p. paper
s. plastic
w. wood
z. composite
f. Other artificial materials [Cutter] [AAT has separate class of waste materials, and lists some complex natural materials]
Natural materials such as stone (just R?) or cinder (igneous rocks) should be captured elsewhere also. Wattle would be captured synthetically.
We can also speak of:
h. Imaginary or hypothesized materials [Cutter]
