MI codes for Isomers in general.

Different molecules may have the same chemical formula. Dimethyl ether and ethanol both have the formula C2H6O1. Isomers can be treated in the same fashion as allotropes [See MA. Allotropes]. That is MI is used in place of MM, and Cutter numbers are employed to identify a particular isomer.
